  • the UI has been face-lifted to deliver a more intuitive user experience
  • the new Dashboard has a number of tiles at the top to provide a high level overview of some data points while the bottom part comprises of a number of widgets that can be enabled, disabled and rearranged
  • Assure can now auto prioritize alerts. When an alert notification rule is not set to immediate notification, the user will have a new set of options for the Auto Prioritization (Cohort-Relative or Recurring) and these settings can be used to minimize the number of alerts sent to the pastoral care team by limiting them to the high priority ones
  • the Alerts Report can easily be switched between high priority alerts only and all alerts. Users can also manually set priority levels for each alert
  • the Alerts Report now has a line chart to visually show the number of alerts (per user) that were generated over a period of time
  • you can now filter the Alerts Report by group even when the alert notification is set on a user basis
  • users now have the ability to add multiple URLs when creating a web override rule. Also, for each and every URL, the user can tick the option “analyze page” which means it will scrape the entire webpage to find and automatically add all other URLs that feed into that page
  • users can now add multiple web categories to web override rules minimizing the need to create multiple rules
  • users can now edit existing web overrides
  • for recurring web overrides, users now have the option to use the periods to automatically set the start and end times
  • admins can now customize the scheduled reports instead of selecting from predefined ones. They now have the ability to pick what content they’re after in the scheduled reports
  • Assure now supports LTI integration with Schoolbox LMS
  • navigation and speed improvements
  • minor bug fixes
