• UI/UX enhancements
  • We’ve taken a “less is more” approach to our data grids and optimized the spacing, colour palette and layout
  • We’ve reduced the number of clicks/amount of user input where possible
• Reporting Module
  • We’ve allowed users to create pre-canned reports (Custom Reports) and make them available via a single click from the dashboard. These custom reports can include any data source, can be scheduled or generated on demand
  • We’ve added a user rating tab to the User Report
  • We’ve introduced Duration dropdowns with pre-defined values where applicable (Reports, Web Overrides, etc) to make it easier to specify start and end times
• Alerting Module
  • We’ve added the Top 10 alert classifications dashboard widget. It lists the top ten alert classifications that have been triggered in the selected day range
  • We’ve added the Top 10 students with alerts dashboard widget. It lists the top ten students who have triggered alerts in the specified day range
  • We’ve added the ability to clone existing alert notifications
  • We’ve added the ability to zoom into a specific time period by selecting an area in the Alerts report line chart
  • We’ve added the ability to create Alert notifications with no expiry date
• Web Overrides Module
  • We’ve added the ability to allow an entire YouTube channel
  • We’ve added the ability to allow an entire YouTube playlist
  • We’ve added the ability to allow students access to only one set of resources (multiple URLs or a web category) whilst denying access to everything else without having to create two rules
  • We’ve added the ability to add application based overrides – both Deny and Allow
  • We now specify the creator of the Web Override rule in the comments section of the security rule that’s created on the firewall – this is a platform-specific feature
  • We can now tag the security rules that are created on the firewall – this is a platform-specific feature
