Authentication and Authorisation

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is now available when setting up Assure access permissions. Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator apps are supported.
  

Integrations

• Teachers can now set Recurrence when scheduling Rules through the LMS integration.
• (Feature Preview) New Classroom View tab has been added in Canvas LMS integration. Teachers can see real-time activity for the last 15 minutes of the students enrolled in their class and Refresh the view to update. Each student’s name is hyperlinked to access their User Report if needed, and only Web Categories that have ratings below Average are shown.
• Google Classroom integration is now available for teachers to create Rules for their classes and access Classroom View (as per above).
• (Feature Preview) Google Drive integration is now available to scan for images containing nudity and flag them as Alerts.
• (Feature Preview) Scanning of Google Docs is now available to detect documents containing potentially harmful text and flag them as Alerts.
  

Alerts

• Wellbeing Alert emails can be viewed in browser.
• Alert email recipients can mark Alerts as Actioned (with optional note) and provide feedback on the accuracy of the Alerts based on Classifications via the browser view of the Wellbeing Alert email or via the Alerts History page in Assure.
• Multi-select option is available in Alerts History page to mark Alerts as Actioned.
• New Actioned column added in Alerts History page including filtering.
• Enhanced filtering in Alerts History page.
• Web Categories page is available to all users with access to Alerts.
• (Feature Preview) New action button View Image is available for any Alerts related to Google Drive application. Clicking on the button will show the detected image.
• (Feature Preview) Context action button will also be available for Google Docs application.
  

Rules

• Admin ability to create Indefinite rules even when the Allow Indefinite Overrides setting is not enabled.
• Added support for Fortigate Policies with Proxy-based inspection mode and Web Filter Profiles with Proxy-based feature set.
  

Admin

• New Setting to enable or disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
• New 2FA column in Permissions page – see if Enabled for users + options to enforce/deactivate and reset 2FA for users.
  

Misc

• Enabled basic AND and OR filtering capabilities.
