Integrations

• Assure now supports LTI® v1.3.
• Schoology LMS integration is now available for teachers to create Rules for their classes and access Classroom View.
  

Dashboard

• The school name is now displayed on the Dashboard.
• ‘Videos accessed’ and ‘frequently accessed videos’ widgets now only display videos that were not blocked by the firewall/web filter.
  

Reports

• Redesigned ‘offline users report’ now displays both offline and online users with their hourly online/offline status.
• Scheduled ‘offline users report’ now supports both CSV and PDF formats.
• Video reports now have the ‘type’ column to show the firewall/web filter action (allow/block), giving supervisors the ability to differentiate between the watched videos and the blocked attempts.
• The ‘alerts’ tab within the user report now has action buttons similar to the actions in ‘alerts history’.
  

Alerts

• The ‘manage’ tab now has an audience column.
• Words/phrases that trigger alerts via keyword/fuzzy matching are now underlined in the Assure UI and Wellbeing Emails.
• Phrases that trigger alerts via natural language processing (NLP) AI are now prefixed with the symbol.
• The browser version of the wellbeing alert email now displays all links as hyperlinks.
• ‘Alerts history’ now includes a ‘launch video’ action button for videos that have triggered alerts.
• The detailed view in ‘alerts history’ will now show the URLs and the videos as hyperlinks.
• Assure now differentiates blocked videos from viewed videos. Blocked videos will be displayed with type ‘Block’ in ‘alerts history’.
• The wellbeing alert email can now be exported to PDF when viewed in browser.
• When viewing an image alert, Assure now displays a blurred, censored version and seeks confirmation before showing the image.
• ‘Alerts history’ visits are now logged in ‘action log’.
• Supervisors who click on the ‘investigate’ button within a wellbeing alert email or custom report, will be taken to the user report if they don’t have access to the Alerts module.
• Added a new NLP AI backed classification called ‘online_grooming’.
• Added a new classification called ‘drugs_and_alcohol’.
• Added support for the automatic removal or removal suggestion of words/phrases from the ‘words & phrases’ dictionary.
• Added the ability to exclude staff groups from various types of monitoring (chat, email, etc).
  

Rules

• The default duration for rules can now be set within the admin menu.
• ‘Block everything else’ is now parametrised and admins can disable this feature if they wish to do so. ‘Block all internet’ and ‘block everything else’ will be available to admins even if disabled.

• Added new settings:
  • ‘Default override duration’
  • ‘Allow block everything else’
  • ‘Include blocked attempts in alert emails’
• Added ‘group type’ to differentiate between student and staff groups.
  

Bug Fixes

• Resolved issue preventing some popovers from being displayed when using Mozilla Firefox.
• Resolved issue when editing the start time for a future rule.
