Integrations
- New Assure App for Microsoft Teams enables teachers to create rules for their classes (teams) and access ‘Classroom View’ and ‘Offline Users’ all within Microsoft Teams.
Dashboard
- Live View will only show users who have had internet activity in the previous 15 minutes. Similarly, the Classroom View (in LMS/MT editions) will only show the users who have had internet activity in the previous 15 minutes.
Reports
- Added the ability to run a User Report for multiple users.
- Added date/timestamp prefix to the file names of the scheduled reports.
Rules
- When editing rules, admins have the option to select the supervisor (by default, whoever created the rule).
- ‘Recurrence’ is now parametrised and admins can disable this feature if they wish to do so. It will be available to admins even if disabled.
- The ‘description’ and ‘supervisor’ are displayed in the different rules grids under the ‘details’ column.
- When a rule is deleted by a supervisor, the view from within the ‘Rules History’ now displays who deleted the rule.
- Added ability to use periods for future dates.
Admin
- Added CSV import functionality for class user mappings.
- Added a new setting:
- ‘Allow Recurrence of Rules’
Bug Fixes
- Handling the minimum and maximum allowed lengths of ‘word or phrase’ and ‘whitelisted phrase’.
Misc
- The collaboration edition of Assure is further enhanced to hide different modules, sections and features.
- When accessing the detailed view, any field containing multiple entries will now display the first 10 with an option to show all.
- Assure now handles search queries from Bing Images.
